These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and participation in AI Digital Freedom Club, including its online community, courses, workshops, resources, events, and related services.

AI Digital Freedom Club is owned and operated by Rebecca Wardlow Digital LLC, referred to in these Terms as “Rebecca Wardlow Digital,” “AI Digital Freedom Club,” “we,” “us,” or “our.”

By registering for, accessing, purchasing, or participating in AI Digital Freedom Club, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By joining AI Digital Freedom Club or using any related content, community, course, workshop, website, or resource, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You may not participate in AI Digital Freedom Club if you do not agree to these Terms.

2. Description of AI Digital Freedom Club

AI Digital Freedom Club is an online education and community program designed to help beginners, adults over 40, side hustlers, entrepreneurs, service providers, and small-business owners use artificial intelligence in practical ways.

Membership content may include:

Beginner-friendly AI training
Self-paced courses
Live virtual workshops
Community discussions
Questions and answers
Prompts, templates, guides, and checklists
Business, marketing, productivity, and income-related ideas
Tool demonstrations
Member challenges and implementation activities
Recordings and replay materials
Additional resources selected by Rebecca Wardlow Digital

Program content, schedules, resources, instructors, platforms, and features may be updated, replaced, expanded, or discontinued at our discretion.

3. Educational Purpose

AI Digital Freedom Club provides educational information only.

Nothing within the membership constitutes:

Legal advice
Financial advice
Tax advice
Accounting advice
Employment advice
Investment advice
Medical advice
A franchise or business opportunity
A guarantee of income, customers, employment, or business success

You are responsible for evaluating the information provided and obtaining advice from qualified professionals when appropriate.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to join AI Digital Freedom Club.

By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you meet these eligibility requirements.

5. Technology Requirements

To participate effectively, you should have access to:

A stable internet connection
A computer, tablet, or compatible mobile device
A working email address
A compatible web browser
Access to the community platform
Any third-party tools you choose to use during the program

Some recommended AI tools, software, apps, or platforms may require separate accounts or paid subscriptions. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, those costs are not included in your AI Digital Freedom Club membership.

6. Founding Member Offer

AI Digital Freedom Club may offer free founding membership to the first 50 eligible members who complete registration.

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

The founding offer is limited to the first 50 completed registrations.
Founding members receive free access under the terms presented during registration.
Founding access may not be transferred, sold, assigned, or shared.
Duplicate, fraudulent, incomplete, or ineligible registrations may be removed.
A founding membership may be revoked for violations of these Terms or the community rules.
Free founding access does not create ownership rights in the community, business, platform, content, or intellectual property.

Rebecca Wardlow Digital may determine when the first 50-member limit has been reached based on completed and accepted registrations.

7. Future Paid Membership

After the free founding-member offer is filled or discontinued, AI Digital Freedom Club may be offered for $7 per month or at another clearly disclosed price.

Before a paid membership begins, the applicable price, billing frequency, renewal terms, and cancellation instructions will be displayed during registration or checkout.

Paid memberships may automatically renew each month until canceled.

You authorize the selected payment processor to charge your chosen payment method for each recurring billing period until you cancel.

Prices may change in the future. Any applicable price change will be communicated as required and will not be applied retroactively to charges already completed.

8. Registration and Payment

To participate, you must complete the required registration process.

For paid memberships, courses, or workshops:

Payments will be processed through the selected payment provider.
You agree to provide accurate billing and account information.
You authorize the payment provider to process the disclosed charges.
You are responsible for keeping your payment information current.
Access may be paused or canceled when payment cannot be processed.

Rebecca Wardlow Digital does not store complete payment-card information when payments are handled by a third-party payment processor.

9. Cancellation of Paid Membership

You may cancel a paid monthly membership at any time using the cancellation tools available through the membership or payment platform or by contacting us at support@rebeccawardlow.com.

Cancellation stops future recurring charges. Unless otherwise required by law or stated in writing:

Cancellation does not generate a refund for a billing period that has already begun.
You will generally retain access through the end of the paid billing period.
Deleting an app, leaving a group, or stopping participation does not automatically cancel a paid subscription.
You are responsible for completing the cancellation process before the next billing date.

10. Refund Policy

10.1 Free Memberships

No refund applies to free founding memberships because no membership fee was charged.

10.2 Monthly Memberships

Monthly membership payments are generally nonrefundable once processed, except where required by law or expressly stated during checkout.

Cancel before your next renewal date to avoid the following recurring charge.

10.3 Courses, Workshops, and Digital Products

Unless a different refund policy is shown on the applicable sales or checkout page, purchases of digital courses, workshops, templates, recordings, downloads, and other immediately accessible digital materials are final.

10.4 Duplicate or Incorrect Charges

Contact us promptly if you believe you were charged incorrectly or more than once. We will review documented billing errors and correct verified mistakes.

11. Membership Access

Membership access may include:

The private AI Digital Freedom Club community
Training modules
Live workshops
Workshop replays
Resource downloads
Community questions and answers
Announcements
Member discussions
Implementation support
Additional materials provided during membership

Access levels may differ based on membership type, purchase, promotion, enrollment date, or program offering.

“Lifetime access,” when expressly offered, means access for the operational life of the applicable program or resource. It does not mean the lifetime of the participant or owner and does not guarantee that a third-party platform will remain available indefinitely.

12. Live Events and Replays

We may provide live workshops, demonstrations, training sessions, coaching sessions, or community events.

Live schedules may change due to availability, illness, technical issues, emergencies, platform outages, or other circumstances.

When replays are offered:

We will make reasonable efforts to provide them.
Replay availability and duration may vary.
Replays may be edited for privacy, quality, length, or relevance.
Not every live discussion, private conversation, breakout session, or technical interruption will be included.
Replay access may depend on the continued availability of third-party platforms.

Unless expressly promised on the registration page, replay access is not guaranteed for every live session.

13. Recording Notice

Live community calls, training sessions, workshops, and events may be recorded.

By participating with your camera, microphone, screen, chat message, name, profile image, or submitted question visible, you understand that your contribution may appear in a recording.

We will make reasonable efforts to avoid publishing private or sensitive information. You should not share confidential information during recorded sessions.

14. Intellectual Property Rights

All original AI Digital Freedom Club materials are owned by Rebecca Wardlow Digital LLC or used with permission.

Protected materials may include:

Videos
Audio recordings
Training sessions
Course modules
Prompts
Templates
Worksheets
Guides
Checklists
Presentations
Graphics
Branding
Written content
Automation instructions
Frameworks
Downloads
Community resources
Website content

Your membership gives you a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable license to access and use these materials for your own learning and internal business use.

You may not reproduce, publish, distribute, license, upload, sell, sublicense, copy, share, or commercially exploit protected materials without prior written permission.

15. Permitted Business Use

You may use the knowledge and skills you learn inside AI Digital Freedom Club in your own business.

You may also use provided prompts or templates to create original work for yourself or your clients, unless a specific resource states otherwise.

You may not:

Resell our courses, prompts, templates, or resources as your own
Upload materials to public websites, shared drives, membership libraries, or AI databases
Create a competing course, membership, resource library, or training product substantially copied from our materials
Share your account or login credentials
Record, transcribe, scrape, or download protected content using unauthorized methods
Remove copyright, trademark, or ownership notices

16. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and account access.

Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

One membership is intended for one person unless a team or organization license is expressly purchased.

17. Community Standards

AI Digital Freedom Club is intended to be a supportive and constructive learning environment.

Members agree to:

Communicate respectfully
Offer constructive feedback
Protect the privacy of other members
Use appropriate language and content
Follow moderator instructions
Respect intellectual-property rights
Avoid misleading claims
Avoid discrimination, harassment, bullying, or threats
Keep private discussions confidential when appropriate

Members may not:

Spam the community
Send unsolicited private messages
Promote unrelated products or services without permission
Recruit members into competing communities or programs
Post illegal, harmful, defamatory, discriminatory, or abusive content
Share another member’s personal information
Impersonate another person or organization
Upload malware or attempt unauthorized access
Use the community to conduct scams, fraudulent offers, or deceptive promotions

Violations may result in content removal, warnings, temporary restrictions, or immediate termination without refund.

18. User-Submitted Content

You retain ownership of original content you submit to the community.

By posting content, you grant Rebecca Wardlow Digital LLC a limited license to display, store, reproduce, and use that content as reasonably necessary to operate and moderate the community.

We will not intentionally use your private business information, original product, or confidential strategy in public advertising without permission.

When you voluntarily submit a testimonial, review, success story, photograph, video, or other promotional material, any additional use will be governed by the permission or release provided at that time.

19. Confidentiality and Privacy Within the Community

Members may discuss ideas, businesses, experiences, and challenges inside the private community.

You agree not to copy, publish, screenshot, distribute, or disclose another member’s private information or community contributions without permission.

We cannot guarantee that every member will comply with these requirements. Avoid sharing trade secrets, passwords, private financial information, health information, confidential client data, or other highly sensitive information.

20. Artificial Intelligence Limitations

Artificial intelligence systems may produce inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, inappropriate, or fabricated information.

You agree to independently review, verify, and edit AI-generated output before using or publishing it.

You are solely responsible for:

The prompts you enter
The data you upload
The outputs you use
The claims you publish
Compliance with laws and platform rules
Copyright and trademark review
Privacy and confidentiality
Client approval
Professional review when necessary

Do not enter confidential, regulated, sensitive, or personally identifiable information into an AI system unless you understand and accept the platform’s data practices.

21. Income and Results Disclaimer

AI Digital Freedom Club does not guarantee income, sales, leads, customers, followers, employment, business growth, cost savings, productivity gains, or any other result.

Examples, demonstrations, case studies, and member experiences are provided for educational purposes. They are not promises or representations of what every member will achieve.

Results depend on factors including:

Your experience and skills
Your chosen offer
Your effort and consistency
Your market
Customer demand
Pricing
Competition
Business expenses
Technology
Implementation
Timing
Economic conditions
Individual circumstances

You accept full responsibility for your business and financial decisions.

22. Testimonials and Member Results

Testimonials reflect the experiences and opinions of the individuals providing them.

They are not guarantees of typical or future performance.

When compensation, free access, discounts, affiliate relationships, or other material connections apply to a testimonial or endorsement, we will provide appropriate disclosures.

23. Third-Party Platforms and Tools

AI Digital Freedom Club may rely on third-party platforms and services, including community platforms, AI tools, email providers, payment processors, website services, video-conferencing tools, automation platforms, and cloud-storage providers.

We do not own or control those third-party services and are not responsible for:

Their availability or uptime
Changes to their features
Changes to their prices
Account restrictions
Data loss
Security incidents
Privacy practices
Service termination
Tool accuracy
Compatibility
Changes in platform rules

Your use of third-party services is also governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

24. Technical Support

Reasonable membership support may be provided through:

Community posts
Help resources
Scheduled questions and answers
Email support
Moderator guidance
Training demonstrations

Support does not include unlimited private consulting, custom technical implementation, legal review, individualized business management, or guaranteed troubleshooting of third-party software.

25. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Access may be interrupted by:

Maintenance
Platform outages
Internet failures
Cybersecurity events
Software updates
Vendor changes
Emergencies
Events outside our reasonable control

We may change platforms or delivery methods when reasonably necessary.

26. Termination or Suspension

Rebecca Wardlow Digital LLC may suspend or terminate access when a member:

Violates these Terms
Violates community standards
Shares protected materials
Shares account access
Harasses other members
Engages in fraudulent or illegal activity
Attempts unauthorized access
Fails to pay applicable fees
Creates risk for the community, business, or platform

Termination for misconduct does not create a right to a refund.

You may stop participating at any time. Paid members must separately cancel recurring billing using the process described in Section 9.

27. Disclaimer of Warranties

AI Digital Freedom Club and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rebecca Wardlow Digital LLC disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted access.

We do not guarantee that the program will meet every expectation or that all information will remain current as AI tools and technology evolve.

28. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rebecca Wardlow Digital LLC and its owner, contractors, instructors, representatives, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your participation or use of the program.

This includes losses relating to:

Revenue
Profits
Business opportunities
Data
Clients
Reputation
Productivity
Platform access
AI-generated output
Third-party services

To the extent liability cannot legally be excluded, total liability will not exceed the amount you paid to Rebecca Wardlow Digital LLC for the applicable program during the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

For free founding members, the maximum monetary liability will be limited to the amount actually paid, which may be zero, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.

29. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rebecca Wardlow Digital LLC and its owner, contractors, instructors, representatives, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from:

Your misuse of the program
Your violation of these Terms
Your business activities
Your published content
Your use of AI-generated output
Your infringement of another party’s rights
Your violation of applicable law or platform rules

30. Privacy Policy

Your participation is also subject to the Rebecca Wardlow Digital LLC Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, stored, and shared.

31. Communications

By registering, you agree to receive transactional communications relating to your account, membership, payments, events, access, security, and program administration.

Marketing emails will be sent in accordance with applicable consent and unsubscribe requirements.

You may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time. Unsubscribing from marketing communication may not stop essential account or service messages.

32. Changes to Membership

We may modify the membership structure, schedule, resources, platform, instructors, delivery format, or included content when reasonably necessary.

We may also discontinue the program. When a paid service is materially discontinued, we will determine an appropriate remedy based on the circumstances, applicable terms, and legal requirements.

33. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.

The revised Terms will be posted with an updated effective date. When a material change affects active paid members, we may provide additional notice.

Continued use of AI Digital Freedom Club after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

34. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts with jurisdiction over Walworth County, Wisconsin, unless applicable law requires another forum.

35. Severability

If any part of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

36. No Waiver

Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce that provision or another provision later.

37. Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the applicable checkout or registration page, and any written program-specific policies constitute the entire agreement regarding your participation in AI Digital Freedom Club.
